Processing Time in Texas Service Center

The Vermont Service Center currently receives and processes all I-129F Petitions filed by U.S. Citizens residing in Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, U.S. Virgin Islands, Virginia, and West Virginia.

As of March 1st, 2007 the current processing time (from receipt to approval) is approximately 45-60 days.
